It is with great pleasure that I welcome Karibe Mambo as the official featured Latin band to appear in "La Epoca" Television Production; a film about Afro-Cuban music and its legendary musicianship.

I feel that your sound is unique, crystal clear and authentically Latin and Afro-Cuban. Please, continue to share more authentic Afro-Cuban rhythms with your audiences because these are the true rhythmic beginnings and foundations of Latin music.

I've traveled to Spain, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, France, Ibiza, Japan, South Korea, Hawaii, Panama, Mexico and Canada and the other nations in search of sound such as the sound your band provides. As the son of a living legend who performed and recorded with the greatest legends of Latin music during the "Palladium Era," I'm well acquainted with what honest Latin music sounds like and I'd like to challenge Karibe Mambo to encorporate and include scores offering more individualized "solos" including the conguero, bongosero, pianist and of course, the bassist, as many, many bands of today do NOT do ... I'd challenge Karibe Mambo to feature it in your future performances.
